All product orders are processed quickly due to third-party fulfillment. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel your membership, stop recurring billing, and manage your account subscription.

✅Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, only if the order has not entered processing.
Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment partner (Honey’s Place), it is considered in processing and cannot be canceled.
Processing may begin immediately, including outside normal business hours.
✅Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
An order cannot be canceled if:
–It has been transmitted to Honey’s Place
–It has been packed, labeled, or prepared for shipment
–A tracking number has been generated
–The order has shipped
In these cases, the order must follow our Return Policy, if eligible.
✅Important Fulfillment Disclosure
We partner with Honey’s Place, a third-party fulfillment provider. Once your order is released for processing, we are unable to stop, modify, or recall the shipment.
For this reason:
–Cancellation requests submitted after processing begins will be denied
–Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing starts
–Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
–For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, many intimate and sexual wellness products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, even if unused.
This includes, but is not limited to:
–Intimate devices
–Lubricants and consumables
–Items that come into contact with the body
–Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

To request a cancellation, contact us within 12 hours of purchase at:

–Order number
–Full name
–Email used at checkout
Approval is not guaranteed and depends on processing status.
Chargeback & Abuse Protection
We reserve the right to:
–Deny cancellation requests that fall outside this policy
–Contest chargebacks submitted for orders that were processed or shipped in accordance with this policy
–Suspend or restrict accounts that abuse refund or cancellation requests
