Each service follows different cancellation rules and uses a different payment and fulfillment system. Transactions for memberships and physical products are never combined.

DIGITAL MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION (Subscriptions Only)
This section applies only to:

Video memberships

Digital subscriptions

Recurring billing for digital content
You may cancel your membership at any time by:

Logging into your account dashboard, or
-
Contacting support at support@roommatedesire.com
Cancellation:
-
Stops future billing cycles
-
Does not refund past charges
-
Does not prorate unused time
-
Allows continued access until the end of the current billing period
Digital memberships:
-
Are delivered instantly
-
Are non-refundable once access is granted
-
Are not eligible for order “cancellation” in the traditional sense
Membership cancellation is handled separately from any product orders.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT ORDER CANCELLATION
Physical product orders are processed quickly through third-party fulfillment partners. Please review this section carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, only if the order has not entered processing.
Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment system, it is considered “in processing” and cannot be canceled.
Processing may begin immediately, including outside normal business hours.

ORDERS THAT CANNOT BE CANCELED
An order cannot be canceled if any of the following have occurred:

The order has been transmitted to a fulfillment partner

The order has been packed, labeled, or prepared for shipment

A tracking number has been generated

The order has shipped
In these cases, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy for physical products, if eligible.

IMPORTANT FULFILLMENT DISCLOSURE
We partner with third-party fulfillment providers to ship physical merchandise. Once an order is released for processing:

We cannot stop, modify, or recall the shipment

Cancellation requests submitted after processing begins will be denied

Address changes cannot be guaranteed

Shipping actions are controlled by the fulfillment partner’s systems

NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, many adult and sexual wellness products are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund, even if unused.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Intimate devices

Lubricants and consumables
-
Items that come into contact with the body

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
These rules apply regardless of cancellation timing once processing begins.

Suspend or restrict accounts that abuse refund, cancellation, or dispute procedures
Chargebacks submitted without contacting support first may result in account limitations or termination.
